James Billmaier is the founding partner of Charge Northwest, an electric vehicle infrastructure advisory and software integration Company. He is a Graduate of Santa Clara University. He is also the author of Jolt!: The Impending Dominance of the Electric Car and Why America Must Take Charge. Billmaier has served as CEO and Chairman of Asymetrix, Melodeo, and Diego, Inc. He had also served as Vice President and General Manager of Sun Microsystems Networking Software Division. Billmaier when CEO of Digeo had become the only entrepreneur to win back-to-back EMMY Awards for Technical Achievement.[1][2][3]
